Posters Technical Information

Posters information

Posters will be displayed in Room Baltic III ( Level 3 ) and Grand Ballroom ( Level 2 ). Each poster will be only displayed the day of the assigned poster session only. Authors are required to be available for presentation and discussion during the designated poster session. Posters have been grouped in small groups of around 10 posters that will be chaired by a Faculty member. Authors are required to present briefly their work, in front of the posterboard, to the chairperson and the other participants of the same group, in 3 minutes followed by 2 minutes discussion.

Poster presentations are listed and numbered in this final programme. The same numbers are used for numbering the poster boards. The final reference number of the poster identifies the poster board and the session day. For example, P15-T means poster panel number 15 and session day Thursday ( T ).
